-I reordered the Big 12 teams, turns out I was overrating OK St. (nothing nonconference) and slightly underrating Texas (great NC resume, can't let that be affected by recent play)
-In comparison to the bubble, I think Utah St. is safe for an at-large if they make the WAC finals, and as such they got a bump up to the 10 line.
